Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Beatles, Beatles – related and Rolling Stones records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!

On offer, an extremely rare U.K. MONO EXPORT pressing of The Rolling Stones – Flowers on the RED UNBOXED and GROOVED Decca label, cat. no. LK 4888.

The record is in G plus to VG minus condition, there are lots of hairlines a couple sounding marks. I’ve test played this record, and it plays remarkably well, besides the clicks on the sounding marks, there is only light background hiss and occasional crackle. The labels are in VG condition, there are some spindle marks and some very slight wear along the spindle holes.

This MONO copy of Flowers comes with a STEREO cover, which is in VG condition, there are small water marks in the bottom right corner on the front and in the bottom left corner on the back. The back also has a sello tape mark along the top seam and there is some grubbiness and very light ring wear. There is a small initial of the previous owner in the top right hand corner on the back.

This is an almost impossible to find U.K. UNBOXED MONO EXPORT pressing of the Rolling Stones’ Flowers album. Although not mint, this copy is still a good playing copy. Despite it’s STEREO cover, this U.K MONO copy of The Rolling Stones’ Flowers album was pressed in very tiny amounts and most copies were pressed in STEREO (this can explain that why MONO record has a stereo cover, I think they simply had too many stereo covers at that particular time). This is a very rare opportunity to own a very rare Rolling Stones Export only album, a real opportunity for all Rolling Stones fans to complete a life time collection! Happy Bidding!
