Description:
Last year I purchased the remaining stock from a few distros and record stores that closed down. Now I have too many boxes of 7"s. I am offering this lot of 20 EPs at a reduced price with free Media Mail shipping in the US. The bands play various forms of hardcore punk, with an empasis on crust and grind.

ANODYNE - Berkowitz 7" (2001 Alone Records AL-015) Noisy math hardcore from Boston.

ASSAULT - Martyrdom 7" (2001 Partners In Crime PIC SIX)Slightly metallic hardcore from Japan

BREAD AND WATER / REASON OF INSANITY - Split 7" (2000 Burrito Records 14) Reason of Insanity Play fast aggressive hardcore without losing that toe tapping quality. The vocals are brutal and harsh, and their artwork is classic cut and paste punk. Bread And Water have political lyrics and they play straight forward hardcore with a bit of melody. Their main vocalist is a woman, and her voice is supplemented by the occasional burst of distorted growling.

CETASCEAN 7" (2011 Mercy Of Slumber MOS004) Cetascean emerges from the concrete hell of Winnipeg with members of SKELETON, ARCHAGATHUS, and DEADDOGS. Darkened fist pumping d-beat and punishing breakdowns. Hardcore anarchist punk for crust fucks.

CETASCEAN - Crows 10" (2013 Mercy Of Slumber MOS 009 / What Is Making Us Sick WMS 13 / Phobia Records PR83) CETASCEAN's long awaited follow up to their s/t EP. CROWS delivers 5 tracks of darkened anarchist crust, crushing and uncompromising.

CHILDREN OF BARREN WASTELAND 7" (1996 Profane Existence EXIST 038/ Skuld Releases 038) Twin Cities crust. Purple wax.

CHRONICLE A/D - Enough Rats In The Walls...And The Empires Fall 7" (2004 Hyperrealist HR008) This three piece features members and ex-members of Antischism, Initial State and Karst playing a powerful mix of dark, brooding hardcore and classic peace punk with dual vocals and definite political overtones.

DOG SOLDIER - Maniac 7" (2011 Whisper In Darkness) 4 unreleased and nearly lost tracks. Ripping thrash and hard punk impalement! The sound of metallic ENGLISH DOGS, ONE WAY SYSTEM and "bonecrusher" era BROKEN BONES from PDX stalwarts. This is a one time press of 500 copies.

DOOM SIREN - Tyranny EP (Burnt Bridges BRNT 003) A full blown aural assault from these ATX Politico crusty grinding bastards. Take the ferocity of early 90's Earache releases; anarcho-crustcore greats like Extreme Noise Terror, Doom, Skit System and the proficiency of seasoned musicians and you get the entity known as Doom Siren. Colored wax.

GAZ-66 INTRUSION - Power Without Violence 7" (2011 625 #235 / Crucificados Pelo Sistema 051) Gaz 66 Intrusion come all the way from the Ukraine armed and ready to thrash, packing 12 tracks of pure, raging fastcore/powerviolence onto this 7", their first stateside release. Limited edition of 500 copies.

GUIDE - Bastard 7" (2011 Anti-Corporate Music / Burnt Bridges) Down-tuned breakneck hardcore and thrash from Murfreesboro TN. Crossing styles from 80s hardcore to powerviolence to straight up thrash metal 6 tracks in 9 minutes.

KINJITE 7" (2001 Pop/Counter/Project) German hardcore.

KONTRAATTAQUE - Luchas Tragedias E Historias De Nuestra Gente 7" (1999 El Grito 03) Pissed political hardcore from Los Angeles. Comes with 20-page booklet.

LUX VANITAS - The Mysterious And Deadly 7" (1996 Paralogy PLGY-02) Ex-IMPETUS INTER. Hardcore from Albany NY

PHOBIA - Grind Core 7" (2014 Deep Six Records DSR#215) Eight songs, nine minutes, no bullshit: Grindcore. Nailed it. Of course, Phobia can lay as much claim to Grindcore as anyone in America. For nearly 25 years, vocalist Shane Mclachlan and company have taken a well-worn, classic concept and continued to revitalize it. The impressive part about that is Phobia aren’t experimenters. No, their grind is the same as it ever was: part punk, part metal, all pushed to the extreme. So if Phobia don’t tinker, what makes them stand apart from the pack? Every year, the band seems to push their aggression up another notch, raising the bar for what a grinder can consider unrelenting. In fact, if you can believe it, Grindcore is even more unrelenting than, uh, Unrelenting. Hey, they mean what they say. On brown wax.

RACE AGAINST TIME - Depths Of The Antbed 7" (2004 Burrito Records 21) Seven great songs from Houston, featuring members of Reason Of Insanity and Pretty Little Flower. Take the skills of present day Japanese hardcore (Forward, Slang, DSB, etc) and combine that with the structure of early American hardcore, such as NOTA and the Offenders.

RACE AGAINST TIME / REASON OF INSANITY 7" (2005 Burrito Records 23) Five more ragers from the ever-prolific Reason Of Insanity -- a nice mix of hardcore/thrash influences, ranging from the Offenders to Treblinka. The second outing by Houston's Race Against Time: three ear-blasting originals and a Bastard cover.

SERVITUDE / EBOLA 7" (1998 Clean Plate Records CP30) Ebola returns with more blazing and angry political hardcore songs and a really nice looking 8 page booklet containing art and lyrics. Depressing and harsh. Servitude are equally vicious but way more crazed and frantic. Political thrash with no apologies and no mercy.

SON OF MAN - Burn The Witch 7" (2014 King Of The Monsters MOTM 47 Son of Man have returned with four scathing tracks of black-metal inspired hardcore with the “Burn the Witch” 7”. Also mixing elements of thrash, hardcore, and punk, the folks in Son of Man have morbidly constructed an air of dread, despair, abject nihilism and skull-crushing barbarism. Title track “Burn the Witch” seems bent on destruction within the first few seconds, while “Last Cries of the Dead” pounds along at the same maniacal pace. Standout track “Chiroptophobia” gets off to a blistering start, only to slow to a doomed-out dirge half-way through. The EP was recorded by Alex Estrada at The Earth Capital Studios (Nails, Touche Amore, Xibalba) during the winter months of 2012 / 2013. Red wax, pressing of 197.

SPLITTING HEADACHE - The World's My Aim 7" (2007 Chainsaw Safety CS 028) SPLITTING HEADACHE combines the classic elements of West Coast punk /hardcore with the despondent sound of the Midwest early 80s sound. Six new songs about everything that’s not right in this world: and that’s just about everything!

Item Condition:
The records are all new and unplayed. They have been languishing in distro boxes for years and have some edge wear (especially at the top) and minor corner bends. Price stickers (if any) are on the plastic sleeve, not the cover.
Some of these records come with download codes. Even though the codes have never been used, the website (like the band or the label) may be long gone.
