This is an auction for a RARE ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 single Playing For Keeps / Too Much released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6800 dog on top )is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.

There are a few visible marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic)

This would grade higher, however there is a name written on the label on one side and the shop price stamped into the label on both sides blending into the background.(see photos)

This is the rare version WITHOUT HORIZONTAL LINE.

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $60 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ )

The sleeve has NO SPLITS, RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!

The things that stops this from grading higher is some creases , scuff marks/ringwear /discolouration(see photos)

This also has the charm of having the original shop price stamp (89c) stamped on the front.

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $70(£45 approx) . I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £48.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!

This will make an affordable addition to any collection until that £85+MINT copy comes along!
