COVER (GATE-FOLD) : EX (non-laminated gate-fold cover, has mild surface/ring-wear, minimal edge-wear, light corner-wear, inside of gate-fold shows minimal signs of ageing or surface-wear, also contains the full colour booklet with no rips or creases)
