My father passed away and left me a TON of records!!  He left his house to me in his will and every room is filled with boxes of records !! My dad was what you call an excessive record collector and hoarder and he spent a lot of money and time on collecting and obtaining records. My dad actually was in the  record business in the 1960's and 1970's and worked for a record distributor in South Philadelphia. He started working there in 1963, and it was his very first job. And he worked there until the late 1970's when the record distribution business started to dry up and the business started to change. Eventually, he moved from Philadelphia and retired in  Florida and brought all of his records with him. My father was a wonderful, and yet very peculiar man, and he was very passionate about music. He met a lot of interesting people in the business that he worked, and he had a lot of very interesting stories to tell, and I miss him a lot.

I have been going through the boxes and picking out unique records and  selling them here on ebay but I have barely been able to put a dent in selling and getting all of these records out of this house which is what my intention is. I love music too but all of this stuff is just too much for me to deal with !! And I just want to clear these rooms, so that I can enjoy and organize this house to be the way I want it to be. I also discovered something horrible as I went through some of the 45s that were in one area of the house - some of the 45s in the boxes have slight warps in them. And some of these 45's are  quite rare too !!  Fortunately, it is some of them and not all of them. But jeez this just makes everything completely even a more complicating and overwhelming task for me to accomplish. And to make matters worse, I have arthritis and typing and  describing each individual record is killing me and causing me a lot of pain. I'm done with all of this and I can't continue listing individual records and grading them etc. I give up, and I now am taking drastic measures to clear this house of all of these records !!  I no longer will describe and grade each record. I will simply do a low quality scan of the LP cover or 45 rpm record and organize the records into lots and list them with a low opening bid.  I will continue to do thus until I sell all of these records !!  The record in the picture will be a scan of the actual record you will receive, and I will make no guarantee on these records at all.  You may get a mint record, a VG record, a VG+ record. or even possibly a slightly warped record.   But I do check and play at least five seconds of each side of each record that I list to make sure that both sides of the record plays properly without the needle skipping or jumping off. If you are into records at all you will want to keep a very close eye on my auctions because this house is filled with some very rare and unusual records and I will be blowing them out of here !!  All auctions are starting at a very low opening bid and with no reserve !!
