Visual condition of both records is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks.  One record has a very small white discolored area in the play surface, this appears to have originated during pressings, is cosmetic only, and has absolutely no effect on play, I have play tested over this area.  Condition of gatefold cover is a high VG+ with some ring and contact wear and some wear along the edges and on the corners.  Cover has no water damage, tape, splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  This 1970 early press LP would be a historic cornerstone addition to any Miles Davis or fusion jazz record collection!  Winning bidder pays $4.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S.  I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE NOTE: NEW FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL AIRMAIL POSTAGE TO AREAS OUTSIDE THE U.S EXCEPT FOR CANADA (18.55) AND GERMANY is $28.00 - YES IT'S CRAZY, THIS IS THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE AS OF 6/1, NOT ME!!!  PLEASE NOTE: AN EXTRA $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SHIPMENTS VALUED OVER $50.00 GOING TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.  ALSO, DUE TO THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS CONTINUING FAILURE TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, I AM FORCED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL $13.95 TO COVER REGISTERED POSTAGE WITH TRACKING AND SIGNATURE DELIVERY TO ALL SHIPMENTS GOING TO GERMANY.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, BUT I CANNOT CONTINUE TO LOSE MONEY AND HAVE MY EBAY REPUTATION DAMAGED BY THE GERMAN POST AND CUSTOMS' INABILITY TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES.  Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S.!   WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
