Zarelli is the alter-ego of Carwyn Ellis, a much coveted tour de force producer/multi-instrumentalist who has recently earned plaudits as the man behind the music for the 2014 award-winning documentary about Edwyn Collins, The Possibilities Are Endless. For this new project, Zarelli has taken the 1975 vocal recording of Leonard Nimoy reading Ray Bradbury's unsettling but vital short story, There Will Come Soft Rains (taken from The Martian Chronicles, 1950), and amped up the sensations with an original composed soundtrack that is (like the story) beautiful, fiery, tragic and tense.  Featuring the wondrous voice of Leonard Nimoy narrating Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicle ‘There Will Come Soft Rains’, this is an epic and brilliant musical interpretation by Zarelli (aka Carwyn Ellis, the man behind the score for the Edwyn Collins film ‘The Possibilities Are Endless’, and the main vein in Colorama). The apocalypse has never sounded so good.
