Wavves are back with their fifth studio album - or sixth, if you count their collaboration with Cloud Nothings from earlier this year, No Life For Me.
Appropriately titled V, the record was produced by Woody Jackson, and represents more of a full band effort than previous releases, with Stephen Pope and Alex Gates sharing writing duties with traditional mainman Nathan Williams.
Already previewed through Way Too Much, Flamezesz and Heavy Metal Detox, it’s a shift which looks to be paying handsome rewards.
