The songs are- Light Blue/Coming On the Hudson/Rhythm-a-ning/Epistrophy (theme)/Blue Monk/Epistrophy (theme). The record is in VG++ condition and is fully guaranteed. The cover is in VG+ to EX condition. The top seam has about a 4 inch split on the open seam side.
