Returns must be accomplished within 14 days of receiving the item. Any items sold as new must be returned factory sealed as received. Once you have received the item and inspected it you should know whether or not you intend to keep the item. I know Paypal and eBay have different policies but this is my policy. If that is a problem please do not purchase or bid on the item.
