This album is by jazz pianist-arranger Duke Ellington and saxophonist John Coltrane. The self-titled lp was released in stereo on Impulse records AS-30 in 1962. They are joined by Elvin Jones,Jimmy Garrison,Aaron Bell and Sam Woodyard. Vinyl is on the original orange and black label a product of ABC-Paramount records and has vangelder stamped in the dead wax. Vinyl grades at vg+++. Cover is vg++ with light wear on the front and back gatefold. Shadow on the picture is a result of the lighting in the room.
