Bluebird record Big Bill Hungry man blues Starvation blues # B-5706-A
I am not a professional  so I will not try to grade the record.
It is old and has been well used, it has lots of surface scratches but no large scrapes or scratches  most of the shine is gone from the surface
I played it on an Audio-Technica turn table with a Shure M78S cartage @2 grams
It played well with lots of hiss and no skips
 
could use a good cleaning!
