Generally in Very good condition
Sleeve very good, please note small crease in top left corner.
Vinyl hardly played. Some light finger prints on side 1 with some very light surface scratching.

Other 2 autographs are more obscure , maybe lighter hand or different pen

I have been told this came from a record shop signing in their local shop in Basildon/Romford area.
