Pre-War Country / String Band 78 rpm Lot x 4 (Four) - all c.1927-1930 original pressings - includes the following:
1) Jewel 5989 - I'll Get Along Somehow by Mopey Dick (probably Arthur Fields - the flip-side is not country)
2) Victor 21018 - Price-Prosser-Teasley
3) Victor 21761 - "Mac" (Harry McClintock)
4) Victor V-40169 - Frank Wheeler & Monroe Lamb
The records visually grade VG- (G+ for the Jewel 78 if you are fussy) to VG w/ some light to moderate scuffs & scratches (there's a large edge chip on the B-side of the "Mac" 78 that affects the first couple grooves - see pics) - the Victors play closer to VG w/ minimal surface noise on my non-78-stylus-equipped lo-fi system (the Jewel 78 plays more like VG- w/ tolerable surface noise). Labels show light to moderate wear, spindle marks & needle digs (see pics).
Shipping is based on 6 lbs from 91941 w/ a $1.00 handling fee.
