Este single argentino publicado en 1978 es uno de los discos más codiciados de la discografía del cantante valenciano. Incluye los temas "Mi Querida Mama" y "Carolina". La rareza de esta edición estriba, además del error cometido en el título de la canción principal, en tratarse de un sencillo desplegable, en cuyo interior encontramos la letra de la canción contenida en la cara A. Por otra parte, la imagen utilizada para la portada no ha vuelto nunca a utilizarse en ningún otro disco.
