Blue Note Records BLP 5038 (mono) (made in USA) -  Art Blakey Quintet - A Night At Birdland 10" LP.

This is an original first pressing from 1954. There is a deep groove under the label on both sides. The "ear" is stamped in the dead wax. 

The address on the labels is "Blue Note Records 767 Lexington Ave NYC". 

The condition of the record is excellent VG++, there are some light hairline scratches. The cover is in VG+ condition, no seam or spine splits, no writing or holes.There is a name rubber stamped on the back cover. There is a small sticker on the front cover.

This record comes from the collection of Johnny Knapp, a piano player who worked with Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan among others. He was friends with Miles Davis and Charlie Parker.
