This is an auction for an original DEMO / PROMO copy of the 1969 Elvis release Rubberneckin / Don't Cry Daddy released in the USA.
The record itself (47-9768 yellow label) is in VERY GOOD+ condition retaining some of it's natural sheen.
There are some marks but nothing too deep or drastic.
The labels are clearly marked with the words " NOT FOR SALE " (see photos) There is some writing on the labels on both sides.
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $25 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is EXCELLENT- ) for the sleeve alone.
There are NO SPLITS , RIPS , TEARS or WRITING!
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some ringwear and a tiny tear to the top opener. (see photos)
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $60(£46 approx) .
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £48.
With a starting price at less than half that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
