There were a total of 1000 copies of the LP pressed. The first 250 are 140 gram and on red vinyl. These are available ONLY at the Penn & Teller Theater in Las Vegas for $100 each and Mike, Penn and Teller are happy to sign them for you. 
The remaining 750 copies are 180 grams on black vinyl. They are presently available only through Jazz Record Revival but will be on the Capri Records website once it has been rebuilt.
