To celebrate four decades of blitzkrieg bopping and beating on the brat with a baseball bat, Rhino will be reissuing Ramones – which, for the record, was recently named The Greatest Punk Album of All Time by Rolling Stone – as a limited edition 3-CD, 1-LP set which features a remastered stereo version of the album, a mono mix of the album, rarities, unheard demos, and a previously-unreleased live show, all of which will be housed in a 12x12 hardcover book featuring production notes by the album’s original producer and mixer, Craig Leon, as well as an essay by rock journalist Mitchell Cohen. Oh, and if you’re wondering what’s on the LP, that’ll be the mono mix of the album.
