I acquired these records and many others from a local estate sale.  I was told the records were from the stock of a local radio station DJ many years ago.  Because there is so many of the same, I am thinking these may have been some sort of giveaways or promotion? I am not an expert at grading however all copies of this records seem to be in very good condition with little to no marks/scuffs and/or label peeling. Record will include the original brown sleeve and shipped inside a brand new white sleeve. I will ship it in a shipping box designed to ship records with tracking. You will receive exactly or very close to what is shown in photos. Which is a big part of description.  You will receive only one copy of this very hard to find 45 record.  
I only except returns if there is a big misrepresentation in my description of item, like if I state, it is a large and arrives small, if I say it is blue and it arrives green, etc.  Please ask questions, read the full description, and view all photos thoroughly.
I usually ship free with tracking within 1 or 2 business days to your United States address by Postal Mail or FedEx.  I can not ship to PO Boxes unless it is preauthorized by me.  I only ship eBay global shipping for all buyers out of the country and those buyers will be responsible for any and all extra fees.
Payment will be expected within 3 days of sale end.  If you need more time, please message me promptly or before purchase to give a date of payment.  I do report all nonpayments after the third day without a prearranged payment agreement.  I only except pay pal payments.
