Taking its title from a line in Canadian author Timothy Findley's World War I novel from 1977, The Wars, I Am Alive in Everything I Touch is the Ontario post-hardcore band's third concept album. The 12 tracks are divided into four geographically directional sections, with outdoor sound recordings from pertinent locations incorporated into the songs, including the bookended versions of "Toronto." With notably personal lyrics centered on loneliness and loss, it was produced by Jordan Valeriote and released on New Damage Records in Canada and Rise Records elsewhere in the spring of 2015. ~ Marcy Donelson
