10" 78 RPM 4 record album set.
Old store stock from Hart's Records in St. Paul, Minnesota. Hart Callender also was a local distributor for other independent record stores. He closed his operation in 1951 following an auto accident. He moved his huge inventory in the basement of his home until his death in 1996. He always hoped to get back into the record business but never did.
Some items were found still sealed, while others, like this one, were removed from their shipping wrappers & ready for the store bins.
Condition of records is MINT!!! GUARANTEED NEVER PLAYED!!!
Condition of cover is V+ to E: just minor edge & corner wear; otherwise very clean & sturdy.
