This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Love Me Tender released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA- 4006 dog on top) is in EXCELLENT- condition with a few visible marks/scratches (none too deep) and retains A lot of it's natural sheen. (looks hardly played!)

The centre labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING! (see photos).

This is the RARE pressing WITHOUT HORIZONTAL SILVER LINE. (see photos)

This also has the added bonus of being a 1st pressing as indicated by the 1s in the trail off.

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2012 as $50 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 62 years old and is in nice condition for the age.

The only thing that stops this from grading is some ringwear/creases , age discolouration , non sticky remains of a label on the rear and a small 1cm partial seam split on the top of the sleeve(see photos)

On the plus side there are NO RIPS, TEARS or WRITING! (see photos)

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $70(£50+ approx.) 

I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £62.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
