I am not a professional record dealer and do not have expertise in grading, nor do I have elaborate record cleaning equipment. Jacket = very nice condition, no writing or splits. Minor corner/edge wear, very minor creasing/dents and trace ring wear. 

Inner sleeve = has wrinkles/creases, no splits/tears. 

Vinyl = shiny and nice.  Only minor scuffs, light scratches and sleeve marks from use. (Has not been washed/cleaned)
