This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1955 single Mystery Train / I Forgot To Remember To Forget released in the USA.
The record itself (47-6357 dog on top) is quite a hard one to find.
THIS IS THE RARE issue WITHOUT the SILVER HORIZONTAL LINE!!!!,
THIS IS AN ORIGINAL PIECE OF ROCK AND ROLL HISTORY!!!!!!
There are some visible marks/scratches but nothing that can be felt.
The labels have NO WRITING (see photos)
This grades overall visually as VERY GOOD+ / VERY GOOD
This comes with an Original RCA Victor Flying V generic sleeve. ( which has some writing , creases and a number stamped on the sleeve.)
This also has the bonus of being a 1st pressing as indicated by the 1s stamped in the trail off!
I will also include a bootleg sleeve with this release!!!!
As there were no picture sleeves made for this original 1955 release someone decided that in the 1970's or 80's that they would design a bootleg sleeve to accompany the sleeve.
I am not sure if this is made then or if this is a later version, however still pretty cool to have!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer shipping discounts on multiple purchases!(please request total invoice when through bidding)
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAGE PRICE INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL RAISING COSTS AS OF MARCH 2018
