great-looking EXC+NM-? original US LP pressing of Mr Waits' 11-song gem from 1976 on Asylum Records: "SMALL CHANGE" the original artwork cover(featuring Elvira & Mr K) shows a touch of 'normal' wear -- nothing offensive NO bends/creases/teeth marks/gouges/splits/writing/drool/killed korners.... the opening track alone is worth the price of admission on this one!!
