The Rolling Stones "Aftermath" London PS 476. Track B5 is listed as 'Goin' Home' on record label, 'Going Home' on sleeve. Also, 'Paint It Black' appears as 'Paint It, Black' on label. Labels read "side one" and "side two". On matrix variant, there is are 3 dots  under the numeral 15 on both sides one and two. Band name in large letters on labels.  Very similar to discogs select release code r5703210.
