Original UK MCA rainbow label stereo press LP. This album contains the first demo recordings of Lynyrd Skynyrd made at Muscle Shoals and first released after the airplane crash in which three members died. With the earliest A-1 B-1 matrix numbers and 1-M 1-P stampers of the very first pessings!

The Garrod & Lofthouse matt sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear and light storage rubbing on the front cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the Lyric inner is intact & in EX+ condition and the lyric inner is in EX Condition.

The record is in visually EX condition, with only a couple of very faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two light needle marks visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings on either side!   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief, low background noise during the run in grooves and overall a really great, loud & punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are; MCG-3529, A-1 stamper 1-M, B-1 stamper 1-P. This is one of the very early copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1978 album!
