Cat no EMI EMC 3006 Yax 4623/4 5  with etched Blair Rules and Blair in the run offs Vinyl is in good condition  , just a few marks but overall not bad at all Sleeve has some edge/shelf wear , I'd give it a 6/10 

Part of my personal collection that has been stored unplayed for at least 15 years , have decided to sell off nearly everything when time allows as I no longer play any of it . I haven't the equipment to test anymore so can only describe as I see. I won't be selling anything that is obviously scratched or marked badly.
