Pink Floyd and Roger Water's dark & quiet, yet so incedibly angry 1977 LP that even the punks liked. With the round cornered lyric inner, the wide spine cover and earliest A-3U B-4U matrices of the first press!   The Garrod & Lofthouse matt gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light corner/edge wear & light storage rubbing on the front cover. The wide spine is intact and fully readable, the round cornered lyric inner is intact & in EX condition.   The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines and one or two small areas of bag rash visible under bright light on side 1. The labels are in EX condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of light spindle markings on each side.   The sound reproduction is EX, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some light background noise during the run in grooves and intermittantly during a couple of the quiet passages on each side, overall still a really great, clear & punchy listen!   The matrix nos. are; SHVL-815, A-3U stamper 2-286, B-4U stamper 2-325. This is one of the early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1977 UK stereo issue of this album!!
