This is a 1979 NEW WORLD RECORDS U.S. LP titled '3 Phasis' from free jazz pianist Cecil Taylor and combo.  It is New World Records U.S. catalog number NW 303, red labels, gatefold cover with extensive notes on the inner gatefold.  Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original plain white stock inner sleeve.
