Payment is due within two days of purchase. If you message us with special circumstances, we will try and accommodate your situation. If we do not hear anything from you within two days, on the third day, we will open an unpaid item case against you. If you purchase an item, and before it is shipped, no longer want it, we can cancel the transaction at your request within two days of the purchase.

Normally, items purchased before 2:30pm Eastern Standard Time, will be packaged and go go out the same day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Items purchased on those two days will go out Monday. Smaller items are generally shipped USPS Priority mail or first class mail (under 13 ounces). Our larger items are normally shipped via Fedex home service or ground.
