·        BANG! RECORDS is not open on Weekends. Messages will be responded to during normal business hours.  All messages will be answered but please respect that eBay's messaging system is for product inquiries.  It is not a comments section.  Keep it respectful.

·        BANG! RECORDS ships out within 2 business days after payment has cleared. 

·        Shipping is to eBay-registered addresses only. This is for fraud-prevention. Don't take it personally! Any request to change addresses will result in automatic order cancellation.  eBay is behind us on this one!  So keep it to your registered address.

·        Additional LPs ship for $0.99 each!  Same for cassettes and CDs.  (Non-media products are excluded from this offer.)  Send us an invoice request at the end of your purchase for a combo shipping-rate invoice sent straight to your INBOX!

·        All records ship out in a corrugated cardboard LP shipping mailer, with cardboard insert pads.

·        For vinyl, BANG! RECORDS recommends USPS Priority Mail shipping. Media Mail has poor handling, and it's well-known. Your fragile LP covers may arrive with corners dinged and dented. However, it is the customer's choice on shipping.  And we respect it.

·        All tracking information is available through your eBay Purchase History page.  No need to message us for tracking updates.

·       Records are VISUALLY graded. That means exactly what it says. Filing "item-not-as-described" claims for buyer's remorse or to save money on returns is a violation of eBay policy and will not be tolerated. Records are used and sold AS-IS.  We are saying it twice!

·        Also, please be aware of any Store Vacation notices when purchasing.  If the top of this listing has a vacation notice, your purchase will not ship until we return. 

·       BANG! RETURNS:  We offer returns on used vinyl only.  Returns will be inspected and video recorded, and must be of the exact same item, in the condition you received, and returned in the original shipping carton.  Any exceptions to this will be challenged with eBay.  Refunds will be given for the merchandise price only.  Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser.  We recommend that you include a tracking service with your return.
