This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Jailhouse Rock released in the USA.

The record itself (EPA- 4114 dog on top) is in VERY GOOD+ condition with some marks/scratches (none too deep) and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.

The centre labels are clean and have NO WRITING but do have some damage from where a label has been removed (see photos).

The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $50 in the condition it is in now (which i would say is VERY GOOD+ ) for the sleeve alone!!!

This sleeve is 63 years old and is in Nice condition for the age.

There are NO RIPS, TEARS or WRITING!. (see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is the start of a partial seam splits on the corners and ringwear / scuffs and discolouration.(see photos)

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $70 (£50 approx) .

I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £52.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
