A 1970s Folk Treasure
For those of you who listened to FM radio in the 1970s, you couldn't escape the catchy strains of "Sunshine" by Jonathan Edwards. I don't think it's fair to call him a one-hit wonder, for he's recorded many albums since that time, but that song was his only big hit.

Although I've been a music junkie my entire life and I always loved the song "Sunshine," until recently I had never heard this album in its entirety. I found the album to be a very pleasant, tuneful set of songs, typical of the folk and pop era that was popular in the early 1970s. I would place this album in a similar category to a James Taylor or a John Prine. This is a very good album overall and for many fans of 1970s light-rock and folk, these songs will bring comfort to the listener.
