I know nothing about records or how to rate them...so, I will describe the best I can.
The sleeve does show wear on corners and edges. Inside paper sleeve is ripped around inner circle and crunched/folded in areas. The record itself looks really good...I don't see any scratches...it is a little dusty and I do see a few fingerprints.
