I always removed the sleeved record from the Jacket, so it will not split the Jacket. If the record is sealed, I will not removed the record from the sleeve
CONDITION OF RECORD: STRONG VG, Still has at least 95% of the Gloss with some scuffing and a few light marks, the Grooves are at least 95%, sound quality is pretty close to the original intent , you will have some light pops.
