Ekatarina Velika from Belgrade with their leader Milan Mladenovic has been amongst Yugoslavs one of the highest rated rock bands from the 80s. They first recorded four albums for RTV Ljubljana (Katarina II, Ekatarina Velika, S’ vetrom uz lice and Live 1986) and continued with four more LPs for Radio Televizija Beograd. The second set has now been rereleased as average quality vinyl by Mascom Records, whose owners obviously have wanted to earn some extra money by counting on the band’s cult status in all parts of former Yugoslavia and selling them as high price…
