Typo on Kevorkian name on both labels ('Kervorkian' instead of 'Kevorkian').
Vinyl Condition is VG+ a few small light surface marks when held in a strong light, but overall in a very good condition plays through very nicely
Sleeve Condition is G+ a few small rip marks on the spine as seen in photos, a little cornerwear/ edgewear and a little stain mark
