FOR PERSONAL REASONS, I AM LOWERING THE PRICES ON ALL MY VINYL AND AUCTIONS - SOME FAR BELOW COMPETITIVE.  MAKES FOR SOME RARE ITEMS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AT LOW PRICES - BEST OF ALL WORLDS FOR COLLECTORS.

THIS 1971 TRIPLE 3-RECORD BOX SET IS THE INFAMOUS LIVE CONCERT HELD AT MADISON SQUARE GARDEN FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES BY SOME ICONIC PERFORMERS SUCH AS GEORGE HARRISON, RINGO STAR, BOB DYLAN, ERIC CLAPTON,  BILLY PRESTON, LEON RUSSELL, KLAUS VOORMANN, RAVI SHANKAR ETC. 

THE 3-RECORD BOX SET IS ENTITLED, "THE CONCERT FOR BANGLADESH," AND WAS PRODUCED BY GEORGE HARRISON OF THE BEATLES AND PHIL SPECTOR OF MOTOWN ON THE APPLE LABEL (WOW - QUITE A DIVERSE GROUP).  YOU CAN SEE THE APPLE L0GO ON EACH OF THE 6 RECORD LABELS. 

THE LIVE CONCERT SONGS ARE FANTASTIC, EVEN INCLUDING AN ELVIS PRESLEY SONG PERFORMED BY BEATLE MEMBER, GEORGE HAFRRISON (SOMETHING). 

THE PACKAGE IS WELL-PRESERVED (ESPECIALLY FOR BEING 50 YEARS OLD) AND ALSO PLAYS GREAT. THERE ARE SOME LIGHT SCRATCHES ON A FEW OF THE RECORDS THAT CAN BE SEEN UNDER A BRIGHT LIGHT, BUT THE MUSIC PLAYS THROUGH THEM PERFECTLY.  THE BOX THAT HOUSES THE 3 RECORD HAS VERY MINOR WEAR FOR BEING 50 YEARS OLD. - SEE PHOTOS.  

NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS IS A VERY HISTORICAL AND ENTERTAINING 3-RECORD BOX SET CHUCK FULL OF BIG-TIME HITS BY BIG-TIME PERFORMERS (ALL FOR A GOOD CAUSE). 

THERE IS A HUGE 64-PAGE PHOTO BOOK THAT COMES WITH THE SET THAT IS THE SAME SIZE AS THE RECORDS WHICH IS FULL OF CANDID PHOTOS TAKEN OF THE PERFORMERS DURING THE CONCERT.  THE ONLY MINOR ISSUE KEEPING THE BOOK FROM BEING MINT IS A SMALL CREASE IN THE LOWER RIGHT-HAND CORNER (A REAL NON-ISSUE).  THE PHOTOS ARE AS AWESOME AS THE SONGS THAT ARE PERFORMED.  I ONLY HAD ENOUGH PHOTOS IN MY EBAY AUCTION TO SHOW A FEW RANDOM PAGES OF THE BOOK, BUT, AS MENTIONED, THERE ARE 64 PAGES OF THESE CONCERT PHOTOS (OF ALL THE PERFORMERS).  THE BOOK, ALONE, IS A NICE COLLECTIBLE AND IS SOLD ON EBAY AS A "BOOK ONLY" AUCTION.  YOU WON'T NEED THAT AS THIS SET COMES COMPLETE WITH THE BOOK.

BY THE WAY, THOSE LITTLE WHITE DOTS YOU MAY SEE IN THE PHOTOS ON THE SHINY VINYL ARE SIMPLY REFLECTIONS OF A CHANDELIER I HAVE HANGING OVER THE TABLE WHERE I TAKE THE THE PHOTOS.  THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT ON THE VINYL ITSELF.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO SHOW JUST HOW NICE THE CONDITION IS OF ALL MY RECORD ALBUMS AND VINYL.  AS SUCH, I HAVE POSTED AS MANY PHOTOS AS I COULD THAT ARE INDICATIVE OF THE ALBUM COVERS, LABELS (WHEN LP IS OPENED), THE VINYL (WHEN LP IS OPENED), ETC.
