This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1956 release of Love Me Tender / Anyway You Want Me released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6643 ) is in EXCELLENT- condition and retains some of it's natural sheen.

There are some visible marks/scratches but nothing too deep or drastic though.

The labels are quite bright and have NO WRITING (see photos)

This is the RARE issued WITHOUT the silver horizontal line. (you could say this is this U.S equivalent of HMV Silver WRITING UK issue!)

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2016 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which I would say is ONLY VERY GOOD-) for the sleeve alone!!!

THIS IS THE RAREST OF THE 4 SLEEVES ISSUED , THIS BEING THE Black and White (rather than the alternative light pink, Dark pink and Green)

This sleeve is 64 years old and there are a few things that stop this from grading higher.

The main thing that stops this from grading higher is the sides and bottom have been taped and there are a couple of small tears to the top opener.(see photos)

On the plus side the colours are quite sharp and there is NO WRITING

Overall this was valued at about $80(£60) back in 2016 , so I would guess this would have to be at least £62

I will start this at  under HALF of that!! 

THIS IS A GREAT AFFORDABLE COLLECTION FILLER OF THIS RARE SLEEVE UNTIL THAT MINT $150 SLEEVE COMES ALONG!!!

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might just get a genuine bargain.
