It was released as a very limited edition Promotional item in Holland (Netherlands) in 1984, and was never sold to the public.
The record has a unique Promo label, with the words For Promotion Only - NOT FOR SALE printed on both sides
The same words are printed on the back cover.
The record has never been played – I have kept it in my collection since it was first released 36 years ago.
