Unless a new release, cassette tapes  are generally very old, a product typically of the 80's.  Tapes can look great, but we cannot guarantee the quality of the sound, speed or any distortions as age and time are not the best friends for tape cassettes.  For this reason, if any of the cassettes are pre-2000 they are sold as/is based on a visual appearance.

Sometimes we sell multi-cassettes, such as with 2 or 3 or 4 cassettes  in one disk,  and sometimes we sell only 'part of a multi-disk' album, for example we may only sell  1 of the 2 disks only,  or only  2 of the 3 disks only for example one disk could be lost.  If we sell part multi-disks we will add details clearly in the sale comments or description, however the track listings will still include the full track listings of all the items of the full listing. The full track listings does not mean we are providing the items when we have made clear it is a part multi-disk sale, the full track listing is provided only to help buyers know the specific version of this item.

Cassettes  are released in many editions and variations, such as standard edition, re-issue, demonstration demo, not for sale, promotional promo, special edition, limited edition, and many other editions and versions.  The cassettes  you receive could be any of these editions or variations. This cassettes  Inner and Outer Sleeve
For this specific sale  the cassettes  sleeve condition refers only to the inner paper insert sleeve, and does not refer to the outer casing. While we ship all items with some outer casing for this specific sale we are selling only the inner paper sleeve and cassettes  only,  as specifically outlined in the description of this listing. we make this disclaimer as some collectors are looking for a specific outer case type.  The outer casing  is replaceable and has no value and is provided within this sale as packaging only. We make this disclaimer as the outside sleeve casing  can be damaged or scratching, and for this reason the outer casing is not offered as part of this sale as the Buyer  can easily replace the outer casings for the inner sleeve and cassettes.

Hairlines
If we reference a hairlines, it means it is a light line on the disk that looks like a hair. Hairlines are  different to  scratches or wear. A  hairline is lighter and has limited and less impact on the playing quality, whereas wear or a scratch can  cause some level of clicks, pops or interference when  playing. 

Tracking
We have over 25 warehouses, for this reason  we use our own carrier tracking numbers in the eBay tracking reference field.  If there is a delivery concern contact us and we will provide the relevant proof of delivery details 

Cancellations
Our Admin team and warehouses are in different locations. We receive thousands of messages a week, sometimes we cannot get to all messages quickly. Cancellations must be requested via the eBay Cancellation function  to increase the chance of our being notified of cancellations, Messaging cancellation requests to us increases the risk  the item will ship  before the messages are read. Also please ensure you include a reason for the cancellation so they can quickly be considered and actioned.
