Vinyl Condition is VG+ a few small light surface marks when held in a strong light but none that affect playback plays through nicely, close to excellent condition I would say
Sleeve Condition is VG again would say close to VG+ conservatively graded, has a small crease marks near the spine and a little ringwear starting to appear on the rear cover
Patch is near mint condition
