This is an ORIGINAL 1969 POLYDOR RECORDS UK SELF-TITLED LP from rock supergroup Blind Faith, consisting of Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker, Steve Winwood, and Rick Grech.  It is Polydor Records UK catalog number 583 059, early pressing with original uncensored gatefold cover, A4/B3 matrix stampers, and raised ring around the outer part of the labels.  Record comes packaged inside its cover in its original poly-lined white inner sleeve.

Condition of record is a real nice NM- with no visible surface marks on the play surface and just a couple of light spindle marks on one label.  Condition of cover is a low VG+ with some ring and contact wear and some wear and worn areas along the edges and on the corners.  Original poly-lined inner sleeve has some light discoloration and some writing in black marker along its top edge on both sides.
