The Walkmen / You & Me vinyl record  12" LP 
2010 Fat Possum reissue - came with generic inner sleeve included and ships in new anti-static inner.  One owner and played a couple of times on a well maintained setup.
We use Goldmine grading standards to rate albums and grade conservatively.  All records are cleaned prior to listing and play tested on turntable with properly balanced tone arm.
Media Visual Grade: VG+  has a few hairline marks and minor spindle wear to labels Play Grade:  EX - plays great with no issues Jacket / Sleeve Grade:  VG+ Minor shelf wear and bumped corner.  Super clean spine / no seam splits or ring wear.
