The Deadwax matrix reads "T18 #4 / T16 #5" and the Capitol label has the swirl design which makes this the definitive super rare VERY FIRST PRESS ORIGINAL!
The Picture Sleeve: VG+ to VG++ no side splits, no stains; shows some top edgewear and very light ring wear on both sides, scuff mark on back cover. (Please see all pics). Thank you!
Vinyl: NEAR MINT- condition. Very glossy. One very light scuff line side A.
