Amigo The Devil is Danny Kiranos. He makes music that has been described as ‘dark folk’ and ‘murderfolk’. ‘Born Against’ is his second LP and follow-up to ‘Everything Is Fine’. His lyrics often centre on incredibly bleak and dark subjects such as suicide and serial killers, but this bleakness is tempered by a touch of, albeit dark, humour.
