If you believe your item has taken too long to reach you, please check the postage label to see when it was posted before leaving Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings as any postal or customs delays are out of my control!

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING CHARGES: I do not profit from the postage charge and charge exactly what it costs me. I have noticed some international buyers giving low ratings for postage costs. If you believe the postage fee for your item was too expensive, please check the postage label to see how much I paid before leaving Feedback and Detailed Seller Ratings as Royal Mail fees are outside my control! I do not charge for packaging, nor do I charge for the 10% that eBay take from postage fees or the 3.5% that PayPal take. I offer shipping discounts for multiple purchases – please contact me for details. I can also hold items if you wish to wait and combine shipping to take advantage of postage discounts for multiple items. I regularly give partial refunds to buyers if the actual postage cost is less than the amount they have paid.

SHIPPING INFO: All items are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Overseas parcels go via Airmail. Please contact me for surface mail quotes but be aware that this can be very very slow. Tracking numbers are only available if you select Recorded Delivery (UK only), Special Delivery (UK only) or International Signed For (Worldwide) during checkout. Please contact me if you have not received your item within a reasonable period of time and I will do everything I can to assist you. Please note that Royal Mail insist on senders waiting until 30 days after posting before submitting a missing parcel form.
