[Item]   ae96 * Record # : 7A0049 * 100% authentic. * Japanese City Pop of 1970s & 1980s has been becoming more and more popular lately in the U.S. and European countries    as well as Asian countries. Miki Matsubara is considered as one of the most popular singers in the period. * She released this single record in 1981. 
* SUPER  RARE !!    This record has Miki's autograph on the photo-jacket which was written in February, 1981.    Even though Miki died in 2004, you can see the proof of her existence on earth with us. 

[Condition] * Pre-Owned and played. * < vinyl >  VG         side A: "NEAT 3:00 P.M." (VG+) --- It has some scuffs, some hairlines, and some stains.         side B: "TWINKLE TWINKLE STARLIGHT" (VG+) --- It has a few scuffs, a few hairlines, and a few stains.    <paper jacket>  VG+         It has a little discoloration, a few stains, and some wrinkles.     <paper sleeve>  VG+         It has some discoloration, a few stains, and a few wrinkles. * For your reference, my grading system is as follows:-    Brand New = M   > NM > EX > VG+ > VG > G+ >   G = Acceptable    (judged by visual checking) * Please check the image of the photos very carefully.
